Mega Metric focuses on the large (very large) metric hex head and socket head cap screws as well as hex nuts, washers and double end studs. By large we mean diameters up to M100 and lengths up to M1000. Mega Metric has over two million pounds of finished goods inventory and over a half million pounds of inventory in headed socket and hex head metric blanks and unthreaded studs. With our CNC lathes and milling, cutting, drilling, tapping and thread rolling equipment, we can convert blanks into custom metric parts in 24 to 48 hours. In special situations, the company has purchased large diameter rod in inch dimensions and cut and machined it down to required metric dimensions. Mega Metric markets our products exclusively through the distribution market channel, so our distributors can always feel secure with us making direct shipments to their customers.
